Built from robust and high-quality 75mm x 75mm, 3mm thick steel, it delivers commercial-grade durability, making it ideal for both high-performance home gyms and professional training. With a static load capacity of 500kg, it is designed for the toughest lifting sessions. Anchor the rack into the floor to ensure safe use. To increase the overall stability of the rack, add another 1075 Crossmember at the bottom. Available in three heights, it easily adapts to any space, whether it’s a garage gym or a room with low ceilings.

Westside Style Spacing

Featuring a “Westside” 25mm hole-spacing on our Riot MRR Racks allows for precise adjustments of bar and safety pin heights. In a “Westside”-Style rack, the pin holes are smaller, measuring 17mm, and are positioned closer together, 25mm in the MRR system. This allows for more accurate adjustments when setting up the height of your bar or safety pins. This is optimal for lifts like the bench press, where small height changes can impact the quality of the lift-off. It has been created this way to support lifters of different sizes, making sure the bar is set at the ideal height for both lift-off and safety.

The precise hole spacing, inside numbering and durable structure safely supports your training and makes transitions between different exercises super smooth.
