This is our first fully in-house designed Reverse Hyperextension, and it goes beyond the standard: it’s combined with a full GHD (Glute Ham Developer) in one durable, space-efficient unit. Perfect for athletes who need spinal health and posterior chain power.

The adjustable footplate and hip pad allow the movement to be tailored to each user, ensuring proper range of motion and comfort. A swing arm with dual 198mm loadable sleeves accommodates significant resistance using Olympic plates, while the supplied belt and chain make setup fast and secure.
