The 7mm thick and ergonomic neoprene design provides that extra layer for optimal support and comfort. Durable stitching, as well as the neoprene material itself make the fit flexible, the material density offers a solid amount of stability. It features two loops to hold your top lifting belt in place if you choose to wear one. Secured with Velcro, you can easily tighten and adjust the belt to your needs.

How do I find the best fitting size for my under belt?

When it comes to finding the perfect size for your underbelt, it’s important to measure around the largest part of your belly where you plan to wear the belt. Keep your belly relaxed and avoid sucking in or pushing out. Pick between the sizes according to the sizing guide. If you fall between sizes, don’t worry, either option will still work. Just pick the size to what you think you will feel more comfortable with, or what will support your goals best. If you prefer a tighter fit, simply choose a size down.

Keep in mind, if you’re changing weight classes or are cutting/bulking, you may want to consider sizing up or down.
