Crafted with top-level strong(wo)man competitions in mind, the Monster Loadable Strongman Dumbbell starts at 38kg when empty and can be loaded up to 108kg using thin 5kg steel plates.

The Monster Dumbbell’s handle is 50 mm thick to mimic the competition experience and help you build your grip. To avoid injury, we recommend securing your dumbbell with our high-strength TPR-coated collars, which ensure plate security and safety during use.

Please note: Caution is advised when handling it because of its substantial weight, particularly when loaded. Always lower the dumbbell gently and ensure you only drop it onto soft surfaces like mats, plyo boxes, or car tyres.
