Should I buy double-ply or single-ply knee sleeves? 

Constructed with two layers of material, double-ply knee sleeves provide more support than single-ply. Some athletes prefer double-ply sleeves’ enhanced thickness and toughness, and others prefer the thicker feel of the triple-ply knee sleeves.  Some athletes prefer a single-ply knee sleeve,  which offers more mobility.  It’s personal preference. 

How should I care for my double-ply knee sleeves?

To preserve the quality and extend the life of your double-ply knee sleeves, we recommend hand washing and allowing them to air dry. Avoid machine washing, tumble-dryers, or the use of harsh detergents.
